Fishman Holdings North America Inc. is pleased to announce the upcoming redevelopment of Woodbine Centre, located on Hwy 27 in north west Toronto, ON. Originally opened in 1985, this 750,000 sq.ft. enclosed regional mall was purchased by Fishman Holdings in 2005, and is currently anchored by The Bay, Sears, Zellers, Rainbow Cinema, Sport Chek, and the iconic 65,000 sq.ft. entertainment facility, "Fantasy Fair". Last week, Target Corp. announced that Woodbine Centre is confirmed to be among the first group of Target locations that will open in Canada. In addition, The Hudson's Bay Company has begun work renovating its existing store and adding its full line of merchandise by September of 2011. Marino Locations Limited is responsible for the leasing of the redevelopment, and Mike Marino advises that interior units ranging from 400 sq.ft. to 9,000 sq.ft. are currently available, including a restaurant location at the mall's main entrance.
